Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
1.1. Modern Bathware ("the Company") accepts returns on eligible products within [insert number] days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

2.2. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
2.3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on the part of Modern Bathware.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, Modern Bathware will process the refund within [insert number] days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
